POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is to ensure product delivery through working closely with internal markets to understand the market needs from commercial point of view and frequently communicating with Regions to solve the problems during operations and exchange the market and production information.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Order to Cash Management
1.1 Collect and understand the market needs, and update supply chain capacity status to Regions, then analyze the order requirement priority based on supply capacity and execute the order efficiently. The target is forecast sales can meet the order delivery requirements; Non - forecast sales can meet the maximum range of supply.
1.2 Lead team for all activities of order operations from order to cash. Ensures operation, information and communication flows smooth to guarantee the product delivery on time and successful business plans. The activities include but not limited to:
1) Supervise the monthly forecast reviewing and analysis to get executable and affordable demand forecast for supply chain to execute.
2) Supervise the order to cash processes to ensure that the right products are delivered to right place at right time and with right conditions according to customer’s needs
3) Lead and supervise the optimization projects to reduce losses and operational cost, improve operation effectiveness and efficiency
4) Supervise the inventory and AR collection to avoid obsolete products and payments delays
5) Supervise the new product launching preparation, ensure new products are ready for launching on time
2. Customer Facing Supervision
2.1 Underpin the development of customer service capabilities from sales back through to operations to create collaborative relationships for ensuring availability at the point of sales:
2.2 Ensure constantly customer communication and follow-up meetings, in order to understand market updates, sales opportunities and then generate action plans.
2.3 Driven forecast accuracy improvement
2.4 Look after the product delivery at the point of sales with healthy inventory and cash cycle
3. Team Management
3.1 Ensure proper coaching and feedback to the team members, fostering training on skills
and new knowledge, and evaluating staff performance.
3.2 Build a team with positive and continuous learning, pursuit for excellence atmosphere.
3.3 Empower employees to work collaboratively internally and externally with the ability of
decision-making.
3.4 Handle difficult situations with customers and internal departments that could harm
business or the image of the company, escalate to the next level if necessary.
4. Coordination & Communication & Report
4.1 Regular communications to understand the market and balance the act by collaborating
with several internal departments: Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Finance etc.
4.2 On-time communication with the team to solve the problems they're facing during
daily works.
4.3 Report on time on all important issues, and can identify the risk.
4.4 Provide key link in front of meeting to all key team members of other related departments.
4.5 Other adhoc jobs assigned by the department manager from time to time to solve deadlocks within or related departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
? Bachelor or above, major in business management, or marketing, International trade or other related major.
EXPERIENCE
? At least 10 years’ working experience in customer service or supply chain;
? More than 3 years’ experience in commercial or order operations;
? Experience leading a team is required.
LANGUAGE
? Excellent Oral and written English.
? Standard business writing skills both in Chinese & English.
SKILLS Requirement
? Strong analytical, methodical and numeric acumen skill, with prompt & clear reporting details to report requestors.
? Self-driven, quality, detail and results-oriented with an ability to work well under pressure.
? Reliable, critical thinking, determined and hard working.
? Strong communication, coordination and good inter-personal skills.
? Strong presentation skill and effectively communicate with cross-functional organization in a confident manner.
? Good up-management ability.
