岗位职责：

1、熟悉施工图纸和有关工艺文件，正确选用焊机、焊条和焊接设备，做好生产准备工作；

2、承担按图纸、工艺卡检查上道工序的几何尺寸及加工余量，发现坡口过大和形状不符合要求等质量问题及时反馈；

3、执行焊接工艺纪律和操作规程，采用正确的工艺方法施焊，及时清除焊缝表面焊渣飞溅物，修补焊接接头缺陷，保管好焊条；

4、承担加工零件的自检、互检，做到焊缝无缺陷，外观质量好，确保焊接质量；

5、做好焊接设备的除尘、维护保养工作；

6、执行职业安全健康和环境管理体系，遵守安全操作规程和明火作业制度，做好安全生产，保护环境、防止污染；

7、焊接加工完毕后，切断焊机电源，收检好工具,承担产品加工现场的清扫、清理、整顿，保持现场干净整洁；

8、完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、熟练掌握焊接技术和相关专业知识；

2、具备焊接工艺上岗资格证；

3、初中及以上学历，具有1年以上相关电焊工作经验；

4、吃苦耐劳，认真负责，服从安排。
