该职位的具体工作内容：

1.新团的培训赋能，帮助新进团长快速学习销售方法，提升业绩；

2.群内日常的回复沟通工作，比如产品售前咨询，团长相关问题的回复；

3.开团时间禁言群的产品文案，图片的推送，交流群爆品的文案编辑，推送，产品实拍图片视频的制作，营销节奏，氛围的带动；

4.团长群内培训活动的宣传与执行；

5.团长激励活动的宣传与执行；

6.各个阶段的产品活动，宣传推广以及运营方式的策划，善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策
