1、 负责美工设计部团队的建设，包括人员招聘、培训、试用管理等工作；

2、 负责制订部门工作规范和考核机制，并通过绩效管理激励团队成长；

3、 负责组织完成各类美工设计工作，包括客户海报设计、客户网站UI设计、公司网站UI设计、宣传品设计等；

4、 负责组织进行公司美工内容素材库等资源库建设和维护工作，包括素材采集、整理、维护等工作，含图片、音视频等媒体格式；

5、 负责组织公司服务平台内容展现方式、交互方式创新创意工作；

6、 负责组织完成公司新型设计产品创新工作；

7、 负责组织公司业务外包管理工作；

8、 完成公司交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、 本科以上学历，美术设计、管理相关专业毕业；

2、 2以上专业美工设计经验，2年以上管理工作经验；

3、 精通美工软件Photoshop、Dreamweaver AI FLASH 等；熟悉Flash设计和GIF 动画设计；

4、 熟悉界面设计的流程方法，出色的设计语言表达能力，优秀的创新与沟通协调能力；

5、 工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；

6、有10人以上美工团队管理工作经验者优先。

工作时间：9：00-18：00 双休
