岗位职责：
1、响应及解决客户的技术要求、疑问以及系统使用过程中遇到的各种问题；
2、负责服务过程中问题现象和处理方案的收集撰写，形成知识库，并对知识库进行维护更新；
3、及时反馈技术处理过程中的异常情况，及时向部门负责人、服务开发PM、客户经理等相关人员报警；同时，主动协调资源推动问题解决；
4、定期对所有服务问题进行分析，并对服务效率有影响的问题提供反馈意见，提升服务支持团队专业度。
岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，大专以上学历，1年半以上软件行业技术服务支持工作经验；
2、较强的分析、解决问题能力，沟通应变能力强，具备良好的客户服务意识和团队协作精神；
3、会使用SQL Server 2000及SQL Server 2005，要求熟悉T-SQL语言，会使用视图、函数、存储过程等；
4、熟悉windows server 2003及Windows 7操作系统，对网站配置、IIS运行机制有一定的了解。
