Job Overview：

 Sr. Program Manager owns a program on time delivery. He/She leads a cross-function team to deliver a program to meet goal set by PLM which is defined at Gate2, on timeline, spec, cost, quality, etc.

 

Roles and Responsibilities：

1.Sr. Program Manager takes leadership on program execution, in pair working with technical lead as two key leadership in two dimensions;

2. Responsible for product material & BOM management, sample deliver to external and internal customer, cost deliver to PLM, quality deliver to customer, gate review deliver to high level management;

3. Responsible for team co-ordination, including cross-function, cross-site, cross-product or even cross-company, by regular team meeting or email sharing；

4. Responsible for risk management, identify/mitigate/escalate to a close-end.

 

Job Qualifications:

 Education or professional qualification

Bachelor degree or above, majored in science or engineering is preferred, like Physics, Optics, Telecom, Electrical, Mechanical

 

Working Experience:

5~10 years (bachelor) or 3~5 years (master) working experiences in program management.

 

Skill requirements:

1. Strong sense of leadership, accountability and result driven;

2. Experienced to deal with all level of an organization, from working level to executive level, being brave to express right thought and fight for it;

3. Capable to clean up a mess and work out direction for program execution;

4. Dare to be a decision maker, risk taker;

5. Good meeting management and presentation skill, in English and Mandarin;

6. Team player, able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, stressed environment with optimistic mind

7. Good at working software on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint;
