工作职责：

1、 负责处理各销售人员的订单需求，跟进订单生产状况，积极与相关部门沟通，保证订单准时交付。 

2、负责与计划核对每天的发货计划，及时准备出货相关单据，预约快递并发货。

3、 负责系统订单录入，并按时提供销售出库。

4、 每月定期与财务核对***，确认无误并进行勾稽。 

5、 销售人员出差期间，协助处理客户需求并以邮件形式告知销售人员处理进度及后续事宜。 

6、协助部门经理处理公司内部事务并完成临时交办的其他工作。

  

工作要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类专业，CET-4或以上；

2. 英语及计算机应用熟练，具备优秀的读写能力，办公自动化软件必备；

3. 具有良好的人际沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神；

4.踏实、细心，责任心强，具有良好的稳定性；

5.有业务跟单及助理一年以上经验者优先考虑。
