Pre- RFQ phase:

1)     To participate in the prospective studies and to analyze/quantify the early stage of any international project within scope of China

2)     To deliver logistic assessment for sourcing map definition.

RFQ Phase

1. To collect all the input, including parts list, requests of RFQ and planning.
2. To check with project to clarify RFQ’s condition.
3. To coordinate with X-Function to finish package development, and validation of supplier’s logistics quotation according to the planning.
4. To be the window person to contact with related suppliers, introduce the quotation process and request.
5. To give the logistics assessments to project, prepare LOI documents.
6. To follow up RFQ, make sure all RFQ finished on time.

 

Project Implantation.

1)     To make logistics planning according to project planning

2)     To have the regular meeting with project, follow up logistics flow opening

3)     To organize the training to all nominated suppliers, project instruction, B2B, EDI, program, operation process, claims treatments, etc.

4)     To deliver the small batch parts on time and meet customs’ requests.

5)     Follow up safety stock implantation in VMI.

 

Mass production Phase

1)     Follow up mass production parts evolutions, including technical, reference No. logistics flow change.

2)     To participate annual negotiation of parts prices, to pilot logistics flow change, including incoterm change, flow change, package change, delivery frequency change.

3)     To study the logistics optimization, after validation, to pilot optimization of logistics flow to save the cos.

1. >Flow engineering and cost estimation
2. To participate in the prospective studies and to analyze/quantify the early stage of any international project within scope of China
3. To quantify, rationalize and optimize the intercontinental flows in phase of Project and Mass Production
4. To set up and renewal logistic cost database, including package, multiple transportation, multiple supply mode
5. To build relationships with mainly forwarders to benchmark by SWOT.
6. To pilot yearly negotiation with logistic providers, make and follow up short term and middle term cost saving plan.
7. To negotiate and validate suppliers’ logistic quotation, support supplier finish complete FCLA.
8. To summaries logistic cost of RFQ and deliver to buyers.
9. To deliver logistic assessments to the project for supplier chose
