Job Responsibilities/岗位职责

1. Configuring and monitoring IT network equipment and related peripherals e.g. Router, Switch, WIFI Access Controller, Firewall, LAN  and VLAN etc.

    配置和监控IT网络设备和相关外围设备，如路由器、交换机、WIFI访问控制器、防火墙、LAN和VLAN等。

2. Managing and monitoring IT data center / server room operations.

    管理和监控IT数据中心/服务器机房的操作。

3. Configuring and managing Windows Domain, Windows Servers, Virtual Machine (VM), VMWare Server Virtualization technologies.

    配置和管理Windows域、 Windows服务器、虚拟机（VM）、VMWare服务器虚拟化技术。

4. Configuring and maintenance of backup server e.g. Acronis backup tool.

    配置和维护备份服务器，如Acronis备份工具。

5. Performing security administration (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft Application, NAS Folders access).

    执行计算机安全管理（例如AD、微软应用程序、NAS 文件夹访问）。

6. Performing routine tasks of data backup for both servers and clients PCs and also data recovery and conduct disaster recovery testing.

    为服务器和客户端 PC 执行数据备份的常规任务，以及数据恢复, 并执行灾难恢复测试。

7. Support Personal Computer (PC) setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software. The hardware include Desktop, Laptop and Tablet etc.  Peripherals include scanners etc. The software include Microsoft, Antivirus, Backup etc.

    使用标准硬件和软件支持新员工个人计算机 （PC） 设置和部署。硬件包括台式机、笔记本电脑和平板电脑等。 外围设备包括扫描仪等。软件包括微软，防病毒，备份等。

8. Evaluating new infrastructure technologies and stay current with industry trends and developments related to IT security and infrastructure (e.g. server management, backup tools, storage solutions).

    评估新的基础设施技术，了解与IT安全和基础设施相关的行业趋势和发展（例如服务器管理, 备份工具、存储解决方案）。

9. Collaborating with various functions to identify the business needs for end user computing support and identify and implement solutions to meet the requirement.

    与各职能部门协作，确定支持用户计算机的业务需求，并识别和实施满足用户要求的解决方案。

10. Sourcing, selecting and managing the vendors to provide the technical solutions and consultancy implementation support.

    采购，选择和管理供应商以提供技术解决方案和顾问实施支持。

11. Supporting end users’ technical requests and implement the solutions to meet the requirement.

    支持用户计算机的技术要求，并实施满足要求的解决方案。

12. Training users on software and IT equipment usage.

    培训用户软件和IT设备。

13. Procurement of End User Computing hardware and software.

    负责用户计算机硬件和软件的采购。

14. Maintaining up to date IT hardware and software inventory.

    保持最新的 IT 硬件和软件库存信息。

15. Maintaining technical documentation related to IT system configurations, process and procedure.

    维护与 IT 系统配置、流程和过程相关的技术文档。

16. Other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements/岗位要求

1. 2 to 5 years Information Technology working experience as the network, server and end users support.

    两至五年网络、服务器和终端用户支持的信息技术工作经验。

2. Hands-on working experience in network administration and support (LAN, Firewall, Router).

    具有网络管理和支持（局域网、防火墙、路由器）的实际工作经验。

3. Hands-on working experience of Active Directory administration, Windows Operating Systems, VM Server Virtualization technologies, Microsoft software (MS Office, Visio, Project) and disaster recovery etc.

    具有AD管理、 Windows操作系统、VM服务器虚拟化技术、Microsoft软件（MS Office、Visio、Project）和灾难恢复等方面的实际工作经验。

4. Hands-on working experience of installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computing hardware, peripherals and software.

    安装、配置、维护和故障排除计算硬件、外围设备和软件的实践经验。

5. Working experience in VMWare Server Virtualization technologies is an added advantage.

    有VMWare服务器虚拟化技术工作经验是一个额外的优势。

6. Reasonable communication skills in English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Verbal) demonstrated by communicating with other functions.

    良好的英文和中文交流能力（阅读、写作、口语），能够与其他职能部门进行良好交流。

7. Good interpersonal and teamwork soft skill (e.g. Customer oriented) to provide good customer service to the end users and able to work as the team.

    良好的人际和团队合作能力（如以客户为中心）, 为用户提供良好的客户服务。

8. Meticulous, prudent and patience in dealing with requests and problems.
