Job Responsibilities

1. According to the requirements of the project and experiment, in-depth understanding of the technical background and technical characteristics of the project, the development of alternative, continuous and repeatable biological activity screening evaluation methods;

   根据项目和实验要求，深入了解项目的技术背景和技术特点，开发具有特异性、可靠性和重复性的生物活性筛选评估方法；

2. Independent completion of biological activity screening and evaluation experiments for antibody drug analysis, including but not limited to various biomolecule target binding ability experiments, and biological activity experiments based on specific cell biological mechanisms;

   独立完成抗体药物分析的生物活性筛选评估实验，包括但不限于各类生物分子靶点结合能力实验，以特异细胞生物机理为基数的生物活性实验；

3. Participate in the development and optimization of protein drug biological activity characterization analysis method;

   参与蛋白质药物的生物活性表征分析方法的开发及优化；

4. Participate in the preliminary research and development of biopharmaceutical evaluation, biological stability analysis of product stability research, participate in the writing of stability research reports.

   参与前期研发的生物药药性评估，产品稳定性研究的生物活性分析，参与撰写稳定性研究报告；

5. Communicate effectively with the company’s internal and external departments to successfully complete the project on time;

   与公司内外各部门进行有效沟通，顺利推动项目按时完成；

6. Other work arranged by superior leaders.

   上级领导安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements

1. Master degree or above, major in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, with 2-3 years of theoretical and practical foundation in cell biology, immunology and molecular biology;

   硕士及以上学历，细胞生物学、免疫学、生物化学、分子生物学相关专业，具有2-3年细胞生物学、免疫学和分子生物学理论和实践基础；

2. Practical experience in instrument analysis, familiar with various analysis techniques especially surface plasmon resonance (SPR) instrument (Biacore), and experience in protein characterization and structure analysis is preferred;

   具有仪器分析的实际操作经验，熟悉各种分析技术尤其是表面等离子共振技术 (Biacore)，有蛋白表征和结构解析经验者优先；

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

   良好的英文读写和沟通能力。
