工作职责:

1.Lead multiple project teams to deliver satisfactory results to WuXi clients.

2.Manage a productive team including technical training for team members, setting goals and objectives, providing career coaching & development, and optimizing team performance to meet client’s expectations.

3.Provide strong scientific leadership in problem shooting for challenging synthetic chemistry along with resource al"location" to achieve project goals in a timely fashion within budget.

4.Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and proactively communicate with clients via phone, email, teleconferences, reports, and quarterly review meetings.

5.Make client visit as appropriate to build relationship and seek collaboration opportunities.

任职资格:

1.Ph.D. in organic chemistry

2.Overseas work or study experience is preferred

3.5-8 years of Pharm industrial experience degree is a plus

4.Thorough knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, demonstrated expertise in organic synthesis, chromatographic purification methods, and compound characterization using modern analytical techniques (NMR, MS, HPLC, etc.)

5.Demonstrated leadership with teamwork spirit

6.Show a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic

7.Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
