岗位职责：

1、负责Amazon账号的销售运营管理，团队建设管理，熟悉Amazon的各项政策，负责亚马逊营销团队，开展在亚马逊全球各站点的运营工作，包括各类营销方案的策划及实施；

2、制定团队销售计划并组织实施，稳步提高销售业绩，改善店铺转化率；

3、制定产品上架计划，安排销售产品的刊登优化和营销管理；

4、定期统计销售数据、库存数据等，及时调整销售策略，保持较好的库存周转率

5、负责团队的培训，优化店铺服务，提升用户好评率。

任职要求：

1、 本科以上学历，英语四级及以上水平，具备良好的读写能力；（能力优秀者可放宽要求）

2、三年以上跨境电商销售经验；（有Amazon相关经验者，带领过团队者优先考虑）

3、有丰富的销售经验，对提高产品销售业绩的相关要素能作出分析和判断，并能持续分析和改进销售方法；

4、熟悉Amazon的各项政策，能维护、管理帐号安全；

5、熟练掌握产品上架规则、技巧及交易流程，扩大交易量的方法和技巧；

6、具有较强的沟通表达能力，且有强烈的客户服务意识，对中差评能技巧性地处理；

7、熟悉国外消费者的购买习惯，善于解决业务中的各项问题，善于把握新的市场动态与市场需求。
