岗位职责：

1、负责跨境电商平台（亚马逊、速卖通、ebay等）的运营和管理；

2、总体销售目标的制定和分解，销售方案、策略的制定、实施、优化、调整，带领销售运营团队完成目标；

3、负责组织和建立销售运营团队，并对团队进行业务管理、培训、考核、团队制度建设等各方面工作的安排；

4、根据公司项目要求，深入分析市场需求，提升维护品牌形象，提高用户体验；

5、运营过程中风险管控，掌握市场动态、制定运营推广策略，并有计划地实施方案。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，电子商务、营销管理类相关专业、海外留学经历优先考虑；

2、有3年以上跨境电商相关工作经验，有成功的电子产品、3C类产品品牌的线上运营操盘经验，对互联网及电商发展趋势有深刻认识；

3、熟悉国外市场，对本土物流和支付渠道有一定了解的优先考虑，或者具备国外市场的调研经验亦可；

4、熟悉各电商平台的操作规范和流程，对运营、推广、优化有深入的思考和独到的见解；

5、对数据敏感，擅长于分析和利用数据进行运营决策。
