首要职责

Primary Function

准备项目方案及自动化概念设计，对销售提供技术支持

Prepare Technical proposals and Automation concept design .support Pre-Sales

自动化结构设计 准备项目方案会审资料及零件制造图面

Automation design prepare DAP meeting and parts drawing

确保自动化符合交货期及质量验收

Ensure the Automation output meet delivery schedules and Pre-acceptance

自动化装配及调试。

Automation assemble & issues debugging

主要任务和职责

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. 负责项目销售前期自动化概念设计

Responsible to provide Pre-Sales Automation concept design

1. 拜访客户阐述自动化概念细节

Require to visit customer to explain the Automation concept details

1. 准备拜访报告,和部门经理,项目工程师进行商讨

Prepare visit reports, discuss with department manager and Project engineer.

1. 协助技师I , II处理夹具图面设计工作

Assist Technician( I;II) , Process Automation drawing works

1. 负责技术中心和展厅对其所分配的自动化单元进行定期检查与保养.

Responsible for regular inspection and Upkeep of assigned Automation unit in Technical center and showroom

1. 负责对项目自动化的装配与调试

Responsible for project Automation assemble & issues debugging

1. 负责培训新同事

Responsible for coaching and training new colleagues

1. 指导技师,完成所分配的工作

Guide technicians in achieving tasks assigned.

1. 执行公司所分配的其它任务

Carry out any other duties assigned by company

职位描述

Position Specification

教育背景: 大专以上学历,机械设计制造专业或相关专业

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical design or equivalent engineering courses

工作经验 3至5年的非标机械设计经验

Experience: Work experience for 3 to 5 Years of nonstandard mechanism designing

具有相似行业的工作经验

Work experience in similar industry.

Proficient operate 2D; 3D design software
