Main Duties

Objective:

Lead team to establish and develop EHS and Quality Management strategy and execution plan in Services areas, ensure and improve team safety, quality behaviors. IP security high standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop service business EHS strategy plan and drive execution in all areas, including but not limited to IP security plans, project risk analysis and subcontractors’ SHEQ management

• Ensure Quality Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained effectively

• Implement and review SHEQ program requirements within Services team, projects, subcontractors and monitor implementation

• Lead and coordinate projects SHEQ inspection, assessment and gap closing plan, monitor compliance through regular inspections, identifications, documentations of unsafe conditions and take remedial action to drive continuous improvement

• Ensure suitable, sufficient and effective SHEQ supports to projects and be responsible for SHEQ performance to project managers and management

• Ensure all EHS Alerts published by the Company/Customer/Client/HoD are discussed with team and prominently posted in view of all employees

• Lead team SHEQ team and provide coaching, training, instruction and guidance to employees with SHEQ roles related

• Involve and provide expertise to loss control, risk mitigation and case investigation

• Provide industrial expertise in developing, evaluating and implementing health-related processes

• Develop, implement, and enforce the IP security plan, policies and requirements

• Ensure project specific medical services, first aids, fire protections, evacuation plans, PPE requirements and else are in place and compliant to site/customer requirements

• Ensure and implement EHS trainings when necessary including but not limited to team newcomers, subcontractors or else

• Maintain all SHEQ required records

• Manage customer safety and quality escalations in a professional manner and establish joint improvement programs and measures

• Play a key role and demonstrate great leadership behaviors in terms of safety and quality.

Required Skills 

• Familiar with both local and international Environmental, Safety and Health regulatory requirements and business practice.

• Knowledge of professional standard ISO 14000 EMS, OHSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001 QMS

• Good EHS and quality related professional knowledge and skill sets such as risk assessment

• Good presentation and documentation skill

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Demonstrated team management skill

• Demonstrated EHS leadership skills

• Good English (oral and written) and computer literacy

• Will to travel ( >50%) and possible relocation to project sites
