该职位为考泰斯位于浙江嘉兴的技术研发中心下属内部实验室；前期约6~12个月在考泰斯广州实验室进行培训与工作；之后工作地点为浙江嘉兴；测试产品包括考泰斯传统燃油箱产品以及公司产品升级后的转型产品；
工作职责：
Study and execute research and validation tests for battery shells and other new products. Support technology center establishing. Execute Validation tests for refueling, venting, system integration and mechanical strength of fuel tank systems in the most professional way, per test specifications or based on agreement the with requesterCoordinate internal and external functional tests regarding timing, status and cost. Lead reporting and corrective action discussion, internally with the customer Coordinate national and international development partners in the projects Define and specify test procedures, equipment and work instructions for tests in the field of profession including mechatronics tests. Check and evaluate product and test specifications in the quotation phase Support the supervisor in calculating test and validation costs for internal and external quotationSupport the Technical project leader in designing the system architecture. Provide functional expertise Support Zero-Failure-Strategy reliably and substantially Ensure safety and environment protection at assigned field of activity. Host lab 6S if the supervisor absent. Ensure knowledge about and compliance with Customer Specific Requirements throughout your team and if necessary define training measures
Expereince Requirement
- Bachelor, university degree in Engineering or Technical apprenticeship (e.g. Electronics, Mechatronics, New Energy Engineering, Physics) is required
- More than 2 years’ job experience in automotive industry and electronics or mechatronics industry is required
- Good English language skills
- Testing and Validation experience is welcome
- Computer-based applications (e.g. MS Office)
- Commercial awareness
