岗位职责：

1.按照SOP要求，保质保量完成多克隆抗体（羊、兔）、小鼠单克隆抗体纯化和抗体浓度测定等实验操作工作，各种溶液的配制、除菌过滤等相关工作；

2.及时记录编辑抗体纯化的相关数据并整理实验报告，并做好实验室设备的日常维护，清洁以及保养工作；

3.及时反馈实验进展和结果；

4.按时完成上级交代的研发生产任务和其他工作。

任职要求：

1.生物学、生物工程、免疫学等相关专业，大专及以上学历；

2.熟练掌握抗体纯化实验原理，具备一定实验操作技能，有蛋白纯化、抗血清纯化、亲和层析、凝胶过滤、离子交换、标签去除和大规模纯化经验者优先；

3.具备良好的沟通表达和细节处理能力，能严格遵守实验SOP；

4.具有较强的实验动手能力，良好的表达沟通和团队协作能力，同时具备较强的协调管理能力，能主动解决实验中出现的问题；

5能.熟练使用计算机、office等办公软件。

Brief Introduction
Founded in 2004, Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, committed to providing high quality products and services for our loyal customers.
