Responsibilities: 

1、 Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement;    2、 Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;    3、 Make RF design for certain project;    4、 Prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction, with PM/ME;    5、 Work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side;    6、 Proactively involve project activities for RF and general projects issue;   7、 Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter's arrangement.    

 

 Requirements: 

1、 University degree major in RF discipline; 2、 At least 3 years RF design experience in mass production industry is preferable;    3、 RF knowledge, ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure;    4、 Work with team member with different individual natural;    5、 Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;    6、 Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making; 7、 Oral/written English, team work, constructive, proactive.
