1.制定团队年度发展战略，营销策略和销售目标负责；

2.完成团队年度销售任务，实现公司年度决策和战略，对公司整体销售绩效的完成提供保障；

3.收集市场情报，规划产品长期发展方向；

4．负责公司产品宣传工作，拓展市场，开拓渠道，发展建立新客户新营销模式；
5.负责开发新客户，维护老客户，建立完善客户体系，提高客户满意度，提升公司市场占有率和竞争力；
6.负责团队日常营运。执行跨地区部门事务沟通协调及人力资源协调与配置；
7.负责销售培训工作，加强经验分享，提高专业能力，提升团队员工整体素养。

8.处理重大客诉问题

任职要求 :

1.必须具备五年以上医疗产业经验
2.可以配合公司要求出差
3.三年以上检验产业相关经验
4.三年以上外商公司工作经验

5.有医院终端销售经验优先考虑。
