Responsibility:

1-Contribute to the Product Skills linked to his competence
·Contribute to the determination of generic solution
·Participate to benchmarking with analysis of competitors solution and market situation
·Realie Concept giude and upgrade in function of product evolution
Participe to the realisation of Technical Review document in advance business phase
2-Ensure the product development
·Coordinate the produc feasability
·Decide the choice of product concept and its evolution
·Realise the Product Specification Sheet
·Realise Product FMEA
·Realise the Functional Analysis
·Validate the functional drawings and the technical aspect of Components Product Specification Sheet
·Realise the definition and taking into account the key characteristics with project team member.
·Coordinate the initial calculation and participate to the choice of calculation to do.
·Realise the analysis with the project team about calculation results to take into account in the product definition.
·Participate to the validation plan description.
·Validate the choice of prototype technology according cos and rnecessary representativity
·Apply Development processus.
·Control the correct implementation of actions coming from FMEA, in collaboration with RAQP.
·Esttablish action plan linked to his activities and coordinate his team.
·Respect the Development Guide (GDD) following processus and appendixes.
·Apply problem solving in his activities
·Ensure the necessary resources and means available.
·Pilote the product tuning until qualification.
3-Participate to project activities
·Propose et explain to the project team member the technical decisions to respect the Product Specification, taking into account the cost
·Supervise the CAD study from product poit of view
·Propose technical-economical evolution to improve the profittability of the projects
·Animate the Product / Process Concept Review
·Identify and analysis perimeter evolution
·Participate to milestone review, technical review (intenal and customer)
·Participate to the launch of new projects (risk assesment, budgets,...)
·Decide technical orientations of Product/Proces in collaboratio with Industrial Manager
·Ensure the taking into account of customer requirements.
·Ensure description of technical solution in collaboration with Sales and Project Manager
·Ensure technical communication with customer
·Realise Study Summary for the project closure for the lesss:on learned
·Ensure reporting about his acitivities

Requirement:

·At least 5 years experience on the engine parts.

·Good in English both in Oral & Written

·Team work spirits

·Have experience of plastic parts is plus.
