职位描述
This position will be located in Zhangjiang.
Requirements:
1 ---Business or Engineering,automotive background is prefered
2 ---Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of business management tools and methods.
Knowledge of automotive industry and plastics manufacturing
Knowledge of data processing tools and office automation
3 ----more than 5-8 years working experience in Key Account Manager in a sizable company.
4 ----Good Organisation, Communication and Negotiation skills. Time and Priority management Dynamic,
team spirit, availability.Ability to manage customer portfolio, development of turnover,and profitability etc
5 -----Fluent in English
Job descriptions:
1 – Proposes and implements the business strategy, in line with Mecaplast's strategic plan for each customer, participates in the development of the MTP
2 – Develops and optimizes Customer Portfolios
-Leads and coordinates prospecting in agreement with the sales Management
-Leads and coordinates daily follow- up of RFQ from presentation to the customers to customer’s decision
3-Oversees and ensures the implementation of the trade policy
-Ensures compliance with the objectives of the budget and 5-year plan, growth of turnover, profitability of new business, deviations from the selling price, material increases, Amortization
-Ensures the consistency of sales offers (new products, customer productivity, increase material ...) with the objectives of the budget of the 5-year plan based on a reliable and optimized estimate
-Ensures the achievement of customer orders at the right time in the development
4 – Manage their Business Activity
-According to the business activity objectives, establishes action plans and coordinates the missions of their team in a consistent way.
-Takes part in the drawing-up and control of the annual operational budget of activity.
-Proposes necessary resources to achieve objectives and implement necessary actions for any changes in staff (recruitment, transfers, dismissals) and investments according to budget and social constraints.
