【岗位职责】【Job Responsibilities】

1. 负责分管班级的教学工作，能完成标准正确的教学指导；Be responsible for the teaching work of the class, and be able to complete the standard and correct teaching guidance

2. 参与制定并执行分管班级的教学计划和教学内容；Participate in the formulation and implementation of the teaching plan and teaching content of the class in charge;

3. 积极主动和学员家长沟通交流，反馈学员问题建立良好的客户关系；Actively communicate with students' parents, feedback students' problems, and establish good customer relationship;

4. 根据公司的工作流程和要求执行日常工作事务和安排；Perform daily work affairs and arrangements according to the company's work process and requirements

5. 积极配合完成公司、部门、团队制定的招生计划和其它活动；Actively cooperate to complete the enrollment plan and other activities formulated by the company, department, and team

6. 参与公司组织的各类专项培训。Participate in various special trainings organized by the company.

【任职要求】【job requirements】

1. 具备篮球专业知识和技能，热爱篮球教育事业和教学工作；Foreign students studying in Wuhan

2. 热爱教育事业，具备作为体育教育者的耐心、责任心；Possess professional basketball knowledge and skills, love basketball education and teaching work

3. 具有编撰篮球教案的能力，对教学方式、比赛规则、篮球文化有独到的见解；Love education and have the patience and responsibility as a sports educator

4. 有较强的组织能力、沟通能力和严格的执行力、对工作有强烈的激情、有推动能力；Have the ability to compile basketball lesson plans, and have unique insights into teaching methods, game rules, and basketball culture

5. 体育院校毕业、专业队教练、退役队员或具备其它相关技能和条件者优先录用；Have strong organizational skills, communication skills and strict execution, have a strong passion for work and have the ability to promote

6. 大中小学任职、篮球培训机构或从事过专业篮球教育工作经验丰富者优先录用；Retired coaches of professional teams graduated from sports colleges or those with other relevant skills and conditions are preferred
