TITLE
Administration Assistant & Receptionist （Temp / 6monts contract）
LOCATION
Shanghai
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
2. Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
3. Flight booking, hotel reservation, rental car arrangement, and etc.
4. Take reasonability for the cleanness and security of working environment.
5. Make preparations for conference per request.
6. Assist to make admin regulations, such as conference room reservations, stationery ordering and etc.
7. Assist to company activities.
8. Admin. related cost check and payment claim.
9. Mange current Admin. vendors and make sure they provide quality service to company.
10. Keep track and handle the storage, stock item and provide sales support if required.
11. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
1. College or university degree.
2. At least 1-2 yrs experience in admin/secretary position, has the knowledge and common sense on business activities.
3. Effective time management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities.
4. Detail oriented, active and work independently with minimal direction, able to maintain confidentiality and handle matters discreetly.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, Good at English, both verbal and written.
6. Familiar with office software: Excel, Word and power point.
7. Well-organized, reliable and responsible.
8. Team player, able to work independently, quick learner, speak/write English in a fair manner, open mind, positive attitude and willing to learn.
