Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Shanghai

Summary of Position
The Product Manager manages a product portfolio, creates value proposition, conducts market and competitor analysis, new product developments and product specifications, creates market launch strategies, provide sales and marketing support and manages product pricing together with Pricing Manager.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Manages a product portfolio, create value proposition and other sales tools
2. Conducts market and competitor analysis, systematically collecting and analyzing market and competition data
3. Initiates new product developments and product specifications
4. Create market launch strategy, timing and sales training on how to sell the product.
5. Provides sales support and marketing support for customer projects and for fairs and exhibitions
6. Identifies and develops additional global sales potential
7. Manages product pricing together with Pricing Manager

Experience and Training Required
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Communications
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience
3. Must have product and project management experience
4. Must have experience working in an international company
5. Must have good team working spirit and interpersonal skills
6. Must be willing to travel frequently for business
7. The ability to persuade, convince and negotiate with sales and development associates is helpful
8. Previous experience in cable and wire or structured cabling solution industry is preferred.
