Responsibility：

1. 冲压件及冲压模具供应商审核，对供应商业务和改进计划，过程控制，提供能力和风险分析；

Tooling manufacturers and forming part supplier quality assessment/qualification. Provide capability and capacity risk analysis to supplier business and improvement plan, process quality control.

2. 负责新项目冲压工艺策划，确定模具方案，进行价格分解和分析，参与冲压相关谈判；

Responsible for the new project stamping process scheme, determine the tooling plan.Demonstrate and analyze cost, participate in stamping related  business negotiation.

3. 分析提供每个项目冲压件成本的风险点和改进点；  

 Analyze and provide each stamping part’s risks and improvement opportunities.

4. 对供应商的模具进行设计评审、方案确认；进行模具的预验收（动静态），回厂调试以及最终验收； 

Conduct tooling design review and confirmation; Lead the tool pre-acceptance (dynamic and static), return to the factory for commissioning till the final acceptance

5. 负责现场冲压模具及冲压工艺问题进行分析改进；制定整改措施并实施及验证；

Responsible for the analysis and improvement of forming tool and stamping process; Develop corrective actions, implementation and verification.

6. 负责管理模具的数量和状态。在物联网系统中保持模具存储和盘点工作得到良好的维护，确保严格执行TPM活动。

Manage the tooling quantity and status, tooling storage and stocktaking. Maintain them well-organized in the IOT system, Ensure the TPM activities  are strictly followed. 

7. 负责开展对员工进行冲压工艺，模具维修、维护保养等的培训和指导；

Guide and training the operators and maintenance technicians on the stamping process and tooling repairing, maintaining checklist.

资历要求/Requirements:

1. 大专以上模具相关专业。

College’s degree majored in mechanical or die tooling engineering.

2. 从事相关冲压模具设计、加工制作、试模打样8年以上经验；有五金件材料、冲压成本/报价经验优先。 

8+ years' experience in stamping tool design, manufacturing and trial run, testing; Preferred in experience in various hardware material, stamping cost/quotation.

3. 有传递式冲压(模具）经验或铰链细分行业相关经验优先。

Preferred in experience in high speed continuously stamping with transfer tool and especially hinge industry.

4. 熟练使用等制图软件，能够进行机械制图； 

Proficient computer skills in UG/Catia/Solidworks/AutoCAD.

5. 熟悉线切割及各种金属加工设备，了解冲压设备优先；

Be familiar with various machining process, like milling, lathe, grinding, computer numerical control machine, electrical Discharging Machine, Wire cutting etc. Professional in forming process is preferred;

6. 掌握英语读写基本能力；能用英语口语沟通优先。

Good English written and reading skills, verbal English communication skills is preferred;
