KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Works closely with sales and district sales manager manager to build up and maintain relationships in key customers throughout the region responsible
? Work with sales and product management across the business units in standardizing effective methods and processes for the selling organisation to increase commercial productivity and maximize value to the customer.
? Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives that will result in revenue and margin growth including territory coverage, win lost analysis, pricing, as well as sales incentive plans
? Utilise SDFC, financial and coverage metrics to establish performance targets, evaluate and modify as required. Manage the mapping, forecasting, and territory analysis reporting to the region sales team
? Utilise SFI to drive continuous improvement. Incorporate best practices from bench-mark strong performers to improve the overall profitability of regional sales team.
? Work with sales leaders and sales training to optimize and manage sales competency model for enhance the capability and productivity of individual sales.
? Participate in monthly business reviews within the regional; support the design and execution of sales meetings as needed.
? Recommend new sales tools that will benefit the selling organisation.
? Facilitate and drive training programs to ensure maximum utilization and accuracy of use.
? Benchmark and incorporate best practices
? May be required to perform other related duties.
Qualifications/Experience/Skill:
? 5-7 years experience in years experience in life science or analysis instrument related product sales roles with significant customer interaction or account management
? Extensive knowledge and experience of life science / analysis instrument market segment at a China leve
? Experience in mass spectrometry and be at least least 1-3 years in sales supervisory position will be an advantage
? Must be a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints, and manage shifting priorities. Must have experience working with virtual teams.
? Comfortable with ambiguity and working at a rapid pace, managing multiple priorities in a high growth company.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
? Must be available for a minimum of 25 % domestic and international travel.
? Understanding of mass spectrometry technology and market place is desirable
? Higher degree required in related field
