1、负责成品、原料的微生物检测并将检测数据整理好，交品管主任复核；

2、有坏奶时，需按照坏奶检测流程检测坏奶,并分析坏奶可能致坏的原因；

3、遇到任何不正常品质问题，应立即通知直属上司，并协助找寻更多数据；

4、对所属的分析仪器定时作清洁及保养维护工作；

5、配制所用试剂溶液、培养基；

6、保持工作环境的清洁卫生工作。

二、任职要求

1、大专或以上文化程度、食品或相关专业；

2、1年或以上食品/饮料行业品控工作经验；

3、好学，有上进心，工作态度严谨。

4、可适应加班。
