Main responsibilities include but not limit: 主要职位描述 

1. Collect required data on a regular basis. Analyze and integrate the data and report to Sourcing manager

    定期收集必要的数据.对数据进行分析和整合，汇报给采购经理

2. Follow up the production and shipment status according to order and report to Sourcing Manager

    根据订单生产情况并追踪货物运输情况，并及时汇报给采购经理

3.  To assist the Sourcing Manager during visits to suppliers and provide support: such as booking, schedule, etc

    协助采购经理访问供应商，做好支持工作：如订票、行程安排等

4.  Deal with and follow up the complaint situation, feedback to Sourcing Manager in time

    投诉情况的整理及后续跟踪，及时反馈给采购经理

5. To follow up corrective action plans after CSR and QMS audit, and report to Sourcing Manager. 

    在社会责任审核和质量审核之后，根据情况跟踪CAPA情况，并报告给采购经理

6. Other purchasing related tasks as assigned by Sourcing Manager.

    其他与采购相关的工作

Qualifications 岗位条件:

1. College graduate with technical/engineering background. 

大学专科或者以上学历

2. Good written and oral communicating in English.

良好的书面及日常英语交流能力

3. Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word etc. Good data analysis skills.

熟悉应用办公软件, 熟练的数据分析能力

4. At least 1years experiences of Purchasing assistant experience on medical industry is required

至少1年以上的医疗行业的采购助理经验

5. Having experience of follow up the logistics of the goods;

有货物的物流跟踪的经验

6. Willing to travel according the plan.

愿意出差根据需要

7. Must be an independent/efficient worker capable of conducting inspections.

8. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, have rigor and be detail oriented. Punctual, Organized, Responsible.
