1. 保持工作场所的清洁和秩序，遵守所有安全规范。

  

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work place, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

  

 2. 接收来料，清点数量并归档保存所有的送货文件。

  

Receive material, confirm quantity and Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of the good and supplies.

  

 3. 合理放置原材料、成品并标识清楚物料状态；

  

   Reasonable placement of raw materials and the end products and clear identification of each material status；

  

 4. 接收成品入库，确认数量正确并做好标识，提供装箱清单并跟进发货进度；

  

Receive the end products, confirm quantity and mark them well, and provide the packing list；Ensuring the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations.

  

 5．做好仓库进出账管理，定期盘点并与财务部核对账目；及时向主管人员报告库损和报废情况；

  

Manage the warehouse in and out account, check the account regularly and check with the finance department; Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.

  

  6．及时在ERP系统完成来料入库、发料以及成品发货的操作；

  

   Timely complete the operation of incoming material warehousing, issuing and finished product delivery in ERP system；

  

 7. 与合作方以及公司内其他部门团结协作。

  

   Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with the vendors, suppliers and other internal divisions of the establishment.
