• Main Responsibilities

• Support improvement of Key Performance Indicator’s to measure and optimize the performance of the organization in a transparent way, supported by systems and processes.

• Project SAP EWM

• Initiate blue-print of SAP EWM,

• EWM implementation, supported by global logistics team

• Take responsibilities of EWM Administrator and SME

• Further development of EWM

• Curriculum design and training delivery

• Workflow design and optimization

• Develop monitor system, real-time report, dashboard to demonstrate performance of transportation efficiency and result, at customer’s desktop and billboard

• Develop monitor system, real-time report, dashboard to demonstrate performance of Import Export and Customs clearance efficiency and result, at customer’s desktop and billboard

• Costs monitoring within warehouse operations, analysis and corrective measures.

• Service agreement levels collection and calculation. In case of deviations independent initiation of suitable measures.

  Observe operation procedure and handling process over all VTBA logistics, develop tools or re-engineering project for optimization or cost elimination.

Experience requirement

Major in computer technology, industrial engineering or Logistics engineering

Skillful at database, power BI, python, better to experience in SAP EWM

1~2 year working experience relative to operation, logistics, quality and supply planning

Knowledge of Lean, 6Σ，6S，Kaizen

Educational requirement

The successful candidate has a bachelor’s degree or above.

English is a must of working environment
