JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in business management, marketing, International trade, or crop protection, chemicals related;

2. About 5~8 years’ experience on supply chain operations management level, especially in order management, knowledge on international business, process management, manufacturing, etc.;

3. Good command of written and spoken English, skilled in the application of common office software;

4. Good communication and management skills, Good presentation skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Order to Cash Supervision:

Lead team for all activities of Business operations from order to cash. Ensures operation, information and communication flows smooth to guarantee the product delivery on time and successful business plans. The activities include but not limited to:

*Supervise the monthly forecast reviewing and analysis to get executable and affordable demand forecast for supply chain to execute.

*Supervise the order to cash processes to ensure that the right products are delivered to right place at right time and with right conditions according to customer’s needs

*Lead and supervise the optimization projects to reduce losses and operational cost, improve operation effectiveness and efficiency

*Supervise the inventory and AR collection to avoid obsolete products and payments delays

*Supervise the new product launching preparation, ensure new products are ready for launching on time.

2.Customer Facing Supervision:

Underpin the development of customer service capabilities from sales back through to operations to create collaborative relationships for ensuring availability at the point of sales:

*Ensure constantly customer communication and follow-up meetings, in order to understand market updates, sales opportunities and then generate action plans.

*Driven forecast accuracy improvement

*Look after the product delivery at the point of sales with healthy inventory and cash cycle.

3.New Product readiness:

To coordinate new product readiness team on but not limited to:

*Product packaging designs, commercial discussions, order process etc., to ensure on time delivery for season sales.

4.Projects and meetings:

Lead team and coordinate with cross-functions for the assigned projects and meetings for improvement on but not limited to:

*Label and aluminum bag improvement;

*BOM optimization and SKU reduction;

*Hold Operation management meetings in turns;

*Attend SIOP meeting and make meeting minutes and chase for action plans.

5.Communication and Collaboration:

*Communicate well with team, relevant department make sure work go on smoothly.

*Keep good communication with region and maintain good relationship.

*Learning and share experience together with team member.
