We are currently looking for a Data Entry person based in our Shanghai office.
Role & Responsibilities
? Accurately and efficiently fulfill client's basic processing requirements ensuring strict adherence to all compliance regulations and service level agreements
? Ensure all procedures are strictly adhered to
? Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of all processes
? Supporting Customer Operations teams
? Ability to use initiative and follow up with Sales teams on customer data accuracy
Education & Qualifications
? Associate Degree or above
Experience/Knowledge
? 1+ years Office Administration and Secretarial experience
? Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook (advanced)
? SAP/Oracle experience an advantage
Skills & Attributes
? Accurate data entry
? Keen attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
? Ability to prioritise own workload
Personal Qualities
? Ability to work as part of a team
? Flexible & enthusiastic
? Good oral & written communication skills
