职位描述
主要职责:
1、按照公司政策,每周审核人事报表、核算薪资;
2、检查内部系统数据,确保人事报表和系统数据一致;
3、员工假期管理包括计算假期天数计算、整理请假文档、维护请假记录等;
4、准确制作月工资表,并及时将工资数据反馈给财务部、项目组及人事经理;
5、监督项目组员工人数、薪酬等级、奖金/激励分发情况等,确保得到相关管理层的批准;
6、同服务商联络确认每月帐单、社保缴纳、薪资福利等事宜;
7、参与年度员工社保基数调整;
8、每周提供给运作管理层所需的报表;
9、参与处理员工关系事宜,涉及到员工投诉、缺勤管理、劳动纪律等方面;并向员工解答薪酬福利、公司规章制度相关的疑问;
10、配合同部门及其他部门的同事以顺利完成团队工作并完善工作流程;
11、必要时协助项目经理或处理其他特定事宜;
任职要求:
1.大专以上学历;
2.两年以上人事工作经验,具有薪酬经验者优先;
3.具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识;
4.优秀的语言表达及沟通能力,协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
Job Responsibility:
1. Check HR reports and calculate payroll following company’s policies on a weekly basis;
2 Check internal system to ensure data to be in accordance with HR reports;
3 Responsible for employee holiday management including calculation of leave entitlement, collecting docs, keep records, etc;
4 Prepare monthly payroll form correctly, and feedback monthly payroll to finance dept, programs and HR manager timely;
5 Supervise the headcount, salary scale, bonus/incentive allocation, etc, and ensure appropriate approval to be abstained;
6 Liaison with agents on monthly payment notice, social insurance, payroll and so on;
7 Involved in social insurance benchmark adjustment each year;
8 Prepare reports to Operation management team each week;
9 Take part in handling employee relationship involving complaints, attendance, discipline, etc, and answer questions related to C&B issues and company rules and regulations;
10 Cooperate with teammates as well as colleagues in other departments to make work flow improved and smooth;
11 Assist HR manager when required or deal with other ad hoc works;
Job Requirements:
1 College degree or above;
2 Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably having experience in C&B;
3 Conduct good professional ethics and team player;
4 Strong communication and coordination skills, easy-going, sensitive insight and analysis ability.
