岗位职责：

1、承担产品（零件）表面除绣、清洁和生产前的准备工作；

2、根据产品图纸和工艺要求，对产品（零件）进行表面涂装油漆；

3、涂装施工过程中，注意涂装质量，防止流挂针孔、色差等缺陷；

4、承担对产品油漆质量的自检、互检及交验检查，确保外观质量；

5、承担喷涂工具的日常保养；

6、遵守安全操作规程，注意防燃、防爆、防毒，做好文明生产；

7、执行“6S”现场管理标准，承担工作现场的日常清理、清扫及定置工作；

8、完成公司领导安排的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、熟练掌握油漆工所用的高压喷涂机、软管、低压喷枪等设备；

2、熟悉油漆的喷漆过程和程序；

3、初中及以上学历，具有1年以上相关油漆工作经验；

4、吃苦耐劳，服从安排。
