工作职责：

1.根据工厂生产要求设计制造简单机械传动统，

Making simple Mechanical control system according request of produce in the plant

2.为现场生产服务，及时完成日常纠正性维修

Carry on corrective maintenance daily, service for production

3.支持UAP进行设备的一级维护，执行或支持二级维护

Execute the maintenance Level 2, and supervise the Level 1

4.进行或协助供应商进行设备大修（三级、四级及年度预防性维护）

Work on or assist the contractor to implement maintenance Level 3、level 4 and annual leavel 

5.遵守维修程序，填写维修记录和备件使用记录等

Follow the maintenance procedure and all attached records

6.编写设备机械结构流程，维护操作说明书

To make mechanical program of equipment ， maintenance remark

7.协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训

Assist the contractor to install the  equipments, to be the trainee for operation and maintenance

8.进行设备验收

Acceptation of new equipments

9.协助编制二级、三级、四级和年度维护指导书和设备安全操作指导书

Assist the supervisor to make the instructions for maintenance level 2, level 3、level 4 and safety working instruction note

10.负责提供公司设备故障的维修记录及故障分析，协助做好公司关键设备的改善性维修、预防性维修计划的实施。

Be responsible for the maintenance record and trouble analysis of the equipment failure, and assist in the implementation of the company's key equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance plan. 

11.参与工厂持续改进活动

Participate to the continuous improvement of Plant performance

12.按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务

Complete timely the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager

任职资格：

1.电气知识，机械知识，设备维护管理，现场维修标准化作业实施，备件管理，人员管理，现场改善工具

Electric Knowledge，Engineering Knowledge，Equipment Managemenr，Deploy Maintenance Standardize Work in shopfloor，Spare part management，Person Management，Hoshin

2.机械专业、自动化专业、材料专业、焊接专业等工学本科学历 

Industrial Bachelor Degree in Mechanism, automation , material or welding.

3.三年以上制造企业生产或工艺相关工作经验及AUTOCAD/CATIA应用经验

3 years working experience in Production or Process in automobile industry

4.了解IATF16949/CCC/CSR 等体系的相关知识，ISO14000/OHSAS18000/IATF16949内审能力

Understand IATF16949/CCC/CSR system knowledge，Internal audit ability for ISO14000/OHSAS18000/IATF16949

5.过程审核能力

Manufacture process audit ability

6.应了解和使用统计概念，如变差、控制（稳定性）、过程能力和过度调整的结果。

Can understand and use SPC,like variation,stability,process capability and result of over adjustment
