Under the direction of the Department Manager/CE or project responsible, leading the team to execute &

fulfill the work package independently, responsible for occupant protection simulation at complete vehicle

level and sled test level, and component correlation (airbags/seatbelts/steering column/seat etc.).

Bring forward countermeasures to improve occupant protection

Review related safety CAE report, ensure the Safety CAE team delivery on time with high quality and

customer satisfaction;

审核相关安全CAE 报告，确保安全CAE 团队按时交付，高质量，客户满意;

Provide technical advice to the team or customer on safety issues encountered.

就遇到的安全问题向团队或客户提供技术建议

Lead new concept/new technology safety development.

Understand vehicle and component level target from Integration team; Support Integration team to achieve

safety target through CAE activities

Communicate with customer as window person, make sure information is shared between CAE team, integration

team, PM and customer.

Support in the preparation of RFQ for safety CAE work;

both strategy, and design guidelines for achieving their targets, as well as a full analysis and countermeasure

service;

Help safety team to solve issues when encountered during daily work
