ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Growing sales on translucent building material product through marketing, especially towards designers, house decorator, commercial building decoration companies, customers and consumers of residential products.
-Developing sales channel for translucent building material products. Developing customers as residential interior designers, Hospitality designers, mini-commercial project decoration designers in the markets of Guangzhou & South China;
-Manage current dealers/distributors and develop new 3form dealers/distributors in Guangzhou & South China Area.
- Following up project market in Guangzhou & South China market. Finding out new projects in different regions
-Prepare and maintain monthly/ weekly reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- University degree or above;
- With 5 years or above relative working experience;
-Be familiar with sales channel and market of building material or decoration products, especially with good local interior designer network;
- Has successful/ outstanding projects sales experience in the past works;
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill;
- Hard working with team leadership;
- Capable to read and write English/ Mandarin/ Cantonese;
- Drive own car ( with driving license C).
