岗位职责:
Key responsibility:
? Review requirements, verify testability and confirm test criteria with product manager and developer.
? Create test plan and build up test strategy, create easy-to-execute and easy-to-maintain test specifications.
? Execute manual and automated tests to fulfil the product specification and customer requirements.
? Actively participate in scrum meetings to estimate test work load, ensure product quality and product delivery on time.
? Attend test activities cross projects and communicate cross multiple product lines.
日常工作职责：
? 需求审阅、验证需求可测性，和产品经理确认测试要点、验证准则。
? 制定测试计划，测试策略，创建易维护、易执行的测试用例。
? 执行手动或者自动的测试以保证满足产品规格说明和客户需求。
? 积极参加敏捷开发活动，评估测试工作量，保证产品质量和产品按期交付。
? 跨项目测试和跨产品的测试工作。
任职资格:
Requirements:
? 3+ years practical software testing experience, sufficient software testing technology in automation or industry field. ISTQB certificate is a big plus.
? Sufficient knowledge in .Net, Java and Python.
? Technology knowledge in requirement engineering.
? High ability of organization, analysis, good at team management and encouragement.
? Good written and verbal English skills.

? 3年以上自动化或制造业行业相关软件测试经验，ISTQB证书为加分项。
? 熟练的.Net, Java and Python代码能力。
? 掌握一定的需求工程专业知识。
? 足够的沟通技能，较强的组织能力、分析能力，和一定的团队管理经验。
? 熟练的英语读写能力。
