职位描述
1. 熟悉并掌握现场所有BA系统、CCTV系统、消防报警系统、***系统等弱电系统设施的现状和每个监控中心机房的情况；
2. 协助上级制定项目弱电系统的维修保养计划，落实弱电系统设备设施的维修保养工作，督促区域弱电的维修保养工作，并确保系统正常高效的运行；
3. 制定现场弱电系统的日常检查、维护保养、专业检测等的工作流程和程序以及作业指导和各种计划；
4. 负责弱电系统各项维修保养业务及工程业务实施单位的现场施工管理，并对维保单位的工作质量进行监管、检查和评审；
任职资格：
1．学历要求：大专以上学历，工科专业；
2．所需技能和能力：？ 具备设备维护管理知识，熟悉有关物业管理及工程各专业的相关政策、法规；
？ 熟悉弱电等设备、设施的原理及日常维护要求；
有较强的计划编制能力及组织协调能力；
有良好的供应商管理能力；及工程技术监管能力；
？ 具有优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神；
？ 能承受较大的工作压力；工作细致、严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神和责任感； 3. 外语及计算机要求：具有一定的英语基础，能熟练运用各类办公软件，能熟练操作CAD
4．工作经验要求： 五年或以上涉外物业或酒店、工厂设备管理维修经验，其中2年以上管理经验；
5．技能证书：电工本（弱电）
