职位描述
1、负责空运出口货运代理的操作, 安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜
2、负责核对每单操作产生的物流费用，录入信息，申报费用支付。
3、建立详细的工作档案,保存所有相关业务文档；
4、受理客户投诉、查询,并反馈相应资料,随时掌握客户动态；
5、掌握和了解客户的不同需求,负责客户的维护和客户资料的保管
任职要求：
1、熟练运用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等办公软件；
2、责任心强，对待工作要有耐心，服从领导安排。
3.沟通能力强，条理性强，能够承受较大的工作压力、注重团队合作。
4.可接受无工作经验的应届毕业生
5天工作制，按国家规定享受年假五险一金，薪酬：试用期3500，转正4000
公司上班时间：周一至周五 上午9:00-12:00 下午13:30-18:00，双休
