Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant to HR programs for logistics preparation
- Assistant to recruiting website management and CVs screen
- Assistant to new employee on-board process
- Support for company events, like team building, annual dinner
- Manage filling work for HR department
Handle basic desktop research work
- Other tasks assigned by HR manager
- Work for three days one week or add one more day if necessary

Qualification Requirements:
- University students majored in language, HR or Psychology
- Good at communication, data analysis;
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
- Good interpersonal skill;
- Team work spirit and good communications skills;
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
