岗位职责:

Job Summary

As an important part of the qualitative research team, you will be involved in day-to-day management of qualitative research projects, from understanding and translating business objectives to research objectives, conducting and managing fieldwork to analysis and reporting. This role requires an organized, detailed oriented, highly meticulous team player, passionate about making a difference and having a strong growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end research project ownership including:

? Play and execute research projects following clients briefing and needs

? Exposure to design thinking methodologies that encompasses on search qualified individuals to get customer insights

? Contact individuals to introduce and explain the study objectives and protocol and schedule interviews or invite them to participate in focus group discussions

? Provide timely updates on the response rates of each ongoing project, manage difficult survey respondents when required

? Assist to design questionnaires and propose qualitative methodologies of collecting information

? Project management, fieldwork monitoring and ensure adherence to schedules/timeline

Demonstrate analytical abilities including:

? Analyze, interpret and distil insights

? Create insightful, highly actionable and digestible search methods and channels

? Present confidently to internal and external clients across working levels

Versatile and prepared to take on and perform a range of responsibilities including:

? Route administrative and operations as well as complex and in-depth analytical work

Requirements

? Minimum Bachelor’s degree

? Agile with an appetite to learn new skills and take on new challenges

? Ability to simplify complex problems and proactive in initiating solutions

? Able to multi-task and deals well with ambiguity

? Team player but able to work independently

? Strong sense of ownership

? Good communication skills, both written and interpersonal

? Familiarity with communications research on multiple media platforms design

? Competency with Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel

? Any Marketing/Market Research, sales, survey interviewing background is a plus
