岗位职责：

1、负责市场部整体工作；

2、参与制定产品推广方案和竞争策略；

3、拟订并监督执行市场部规划与费用预算。
4、负责市场活动的策划、组织、推广和实施。

任职资格：
1、 熟悉市场营销工作；

2、有大型企业工作背景，3年以上市场营销、公关工作经验，有任职市场部主管以上经历，有管理咨询、软件或医药企业工作经历者优先；

3、 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，有较强的分析问题及解决问题能力，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力。
4、 具有丰富的市场拓展与管理经验，执行能力强。
5、 具备较强的谈判技巧、出色的人际沟通能力。

In 4, has a wealth of marketing and management experience, strong implementation capacity.
In 5, with strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
