DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads all restaurant employees to exceed the expectation of the company and the guests. Ensures the consistent planning, production, preparation and prompt delivery of great-tasting food and beverage prepared and presented to the exact specification as documented. Responsible for operational efficiency and profitability of Bistro related operations Trains and retains new and experienced staff members and continually develops them in their technical skills, “salesmanship”, food safety and sanitation knowledge. Creates an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, fun and enthusiasm.

PLANNING AND ORGANISATION

？ Set clear financial objectives for Taproom to achieve, develop a marketing strategy with General Manager.

？ Responsible for strategic planning and implementing new policies and standards to enhance performance and guest satisfaction

？ To oversee all aspects of operations for Taproom through weekly meetings, spot checks, and hands on necessary involvement.

？ To provide a service to clients of the highest standard and motivate the team to do likewise, inspiring the staff to provide excellent service on a daily basis.

？ Keep abreast and up to date on information in the marketplace, competition.

SUPPORT, MOTIVATE STAFF, CAREER PLANNING

？ Indirectly responsible for staff development via the assistant restaurant managers.

？ Encourage teamwork through participating in organising activities for the staff.

？ Achieve staff satisfaction goals (Dazhongdianping）

？ Achieve customer satisfaction goals (Staff turnover)

？ Controls staffing levels / number in Service to ensure maximum productivity and profit.

REQUIREMENTS

？ More than 5 years related working experiences;

？ Be good with numbers, can help analysis revenue and cost;

？ Passion for craft beer will be must;

？ Very fluent English speaking and writing.
