Position Description:
1. Web production expert supporting Web content production, eCommerce operations, UX and site performance optimization of lenovo.com
2. Primary owner of Web production platform testing activities, including UAT testing and regression testing for all code releases, lead the implementation of new features
3. Technical owner of AP Geo implementation of global UX and function enhancements; support building the Web site UX and function roadmap for AP Geo by integrating WW initiatives and local business needs
4. Leading tech consultant for critical system bugs and issues for all teams in WPC Beijing; primary tech owner who works with IT and relevant teams to drive continuous improvement of system stability and function usability.
Position Requirements:
1. Expert of front-end Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge about common Web programming platforms and programming / scripting languages
2. At least 3 years of experience in Web-based development or operations role. eCommerce experience is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree in computer science, Internet or eCommerce related field.
4. Working level knowledge of issues surrounding Web user experience, Web UI and SEO/SEM.
5. Experience in maintaining enterprise level Web systems; knowledge and experience in SAP Hybris platform is strongly preferred.
6. Hands-on experience in the following tools is strongly perferred: Drupal CMS, Dynatrace, Tealium, CDN platform (EdgeCast), Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics
7. Good English skill (CET-6 or equivalent), able to work and communicate well in an English speaking environment. Experience in international matrix work environment is strongly desired.
