You are a strongly driven and motivated individual with strong people skills and a genuine interest in marketing, branding and business on the Internet. You understand sales and marketing in general and particularly online marketing but you also have experience of traditional media such as radio, print and TV. Ambition is your second name and you are aiming at C-level positions in 3-5 years. Apart from this you offer the following:
· 3-5 years of studies within economy, marketing or technique/innovation.
· Prior experience of profit and loss responsibility (and budget responsibility).
· Experience of building brands and campaigns directly targeting consumers.
· You have experience from negotiating with media where you have applied your marketing skills.
· You are an outgoing individual who at the same time inspires confidence.
· Your strengths are a mix between creativity, marketing and the ability to properly run profit and loss centers.
· You have a general understanding of Internet technology and how new technology can be used to generate sales.
· Strong experience in working with a combination of branding and sales directly towards consumers including campaign creation, execution and follow up.
· You understand business on the Internet and you can demonstrate experience of "guerilla marketing" i.e. how to achieve strong results with small means and in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:
· Build up the marketing department in the company.
· Coach and manage the staff within the Department and secure that we have the best performers in the industry in each position.
· Striving towards a positive ROI on short or long term depending on channel and campaign.
· Work closely with the Product Management in order to feed in marketing requirements to the product development process.
· Collect and report on marketing investments and deliver follow up on all investments made.
· Foster a culture of Innovation, Delivery and Accountability among the staff in the department.
· Work actively in the Management Group and contribute also in areas not directly within the Department.
· Actively follow the cost development within the department and make sure that it follows the development of revenues.
· It is expected that the Head of Sales and Marketing takes initiatives regarding proposing improvements to processes that involves the site, e.g. changes that improve the customer experience, costs spent as well as site improvements.

What do you offer?
Required skills:
· A university degree in economy, marketing or technique/innovation.
· Minimum 7 years of work experience. Most of this should be from online businesses and ideally from online lotteries (although this is not a strict requirement).
· Fluency in Mandarin and English.
· Strong communication skills.
· Outstanding leadership skills.
· Prior experience of profit and loss responsibility.
· Experience of building brands and campaigns directly targeting consumers.
· You have experience from negotiating with media where you have applied your marketing skills.
