1.大学本科以上学历，有海外工作，留学经历者从优，市场和营销专业背景者从优；
2.从事市场开拓和营销行业五年以上工作经验，销售业绩出色，有建设管理，开发，房地产策划销售，设计公司营销经验者更优； 3. 有很强的进取心和人际交往能力。
4.熟悉各类办公软件的应用，尤其EXCEL；
5.性格开朗，反应敏捷，逻辑、沟通协调能力强，有团队精神；
6.会开车都优先。
岗位职责：
1.对于当地市场的宏观情况资料收集和分析，以提供总公司第一手市场情报和决策依据；
2.对于推广公司品牌，在当地寻找合适有效的渠道和方式并组织执行；
3.通过开拓新客户或潜在客户，维系老客户，建立和扩大销售网络，寻找项目机会；
4.对项目机会进行跟踪，负责商务报价和谈判，协助技术团队的投标或其它前期工作，最后达成销售。
5. 项目资料收发及归档；
6. 配合项目经理制定项目计划，上报项目预算；
7 项目各阶段的内部文件准备及流程管理；
8 供应商联络及支付管理；
9. 档案管理/项目备案；
10. 各项目组内部其他辅助行政事务。

ANS International Design & Consulting Pty. Ltd., is a multi-disciplinary international design company originally founded in Australia. ANS offers expertise services in the fields of Urban Planning, Architectural design and Interior design, as well as pre-project consultations during the early stages of a project.

ANS established its first Chinese studio in Shanghai in 1997. Due to its success in its fields of expertise, ANS has since expanded its operations to include branch offices in Wuhan, Tianjing, Chengdu and partner studios in Australia. ANS’s team of specialist designers are leaders in their field of expertise and the combined resources of 100 diverse team members ensure that the company is well position to consult on all aspects of the design industry. ANS works closely with its clients throughout the design process to ensure that the optimum solution from a technological, yield, environmental sustainability, cost control, construction technology points of view have been attained. Terry Cai (Chief Executive Officer, Senior Architect). Terry’s international design experience from several countries and his professional standing and dedication to the Architectural profession has stood him well to head ANS. He is responsible for ANS China operation.

Tony Corkill (Partner, ANS Senior Consultant, FRAIA, MPIA, B Arch, MS Urban Design). Tony’s projects are spread throughout Australia, the most famous one being the master planning of Sydney’s Darling Harbour which was recognized by his planning peers through the achievement of several Australian awards for its innovative planning solution.

Tang Jia-wei (Partner, ANS Director, Senior Architect, senior research fellow of the University of Geneva, Switzerland). Tang is Design Director responsible for architectural design and technical documentation.


Joe Lau (Design Director, Senior Architect, Registered Architect in Queensland Australia) Joe is Design Director responsible for Urban Planning and Resort design.

Jeffrey Zee (Design Director, LEED AP) Jeffrey is Design Director responsible for interior design.

The China head office of ANS, with the support and cooperation of these board directors and several design partners, is composed of six architecture studio which boasts several national first-class and second-class registered architects with abundant experience, an interior design studio and a planning design studio. ANS is able to assign appropriate studio partners and Australian partners who are specialist design experts in their field to any particular project requirements.

ANS has a successful and proven projects track record in China, having established good cooperation relationships with government departments, local designing institutes and experts consultants. ANS is set to expand into the Beijing sector in the near term, with the recent acquisition of an A class architectural license.

公司董事、资深顾问、澳洲建筑师协会、皇家规划协会会员，Tony Corkill先生为国际著名规划师，其主持的项目遍及澳洲各大城市。其中久负盛名的是悉尼达令港的发展规划，该设计获得了多项澳洲奖项，并使该地区发展成为澳大利亚城市新形象的代表。公司在中国区的业务由具有多年跨国设计经验的高级建筑师、执行董事Terry Cai先生负责主持。公司另有两位设计董事，其中一位由瑞士日内瓦大学高级研修生、高级建筑师、董事唐家伟先生担任。另一位由澳大利亚资深建筑师，昆士兰建筑师协会会员Joe Lau担任。
ANS中国总部位于上海，在上述几位董事的主持以及多位设计合伙人的支持和协作下，现已发展为由多位具有丰富经验的中国国家一、二级注册建筑师和规划师、设计师组成的专业设计团队。同时ANS可在任何特殊项目的要求下，快速与公司在澳洲的合作伙伴组成特殊设计专家联合工作团队。
