Key Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for

1. 全面负责罐生产部，努力完成罐生产部的各项OP指标；

Oversee the Can Production department and try best to achieve all OP indicators:

2. 指导协调罐生产部门的活动，保证产品质量符合公司质量标准；

Direct and coordinate the activities of the production function. Ensure the production quality is up to the company’s quality standards;

3. 建立和改善安全、品质及降低成本计划；

Establish and implement safety, quality, and cost reduction improvement programs.

4. 指导及协助推动在罐生产部进行的发展性或试验性的生产活动；

Direct and assist with developmental or experimental production activities in related to Can production;

5. 严格执行安全守则，建立及维护安全与健康的工作环境；

Strictly follow safety rules, establish and maintain safety and health work environment;

6. 监管生产设备的保养及预防性维修，保持生产设备正常运转；

Supervise the preventive maintenance of production equipment to ensure the equipment runs with good condition;

7. 指导下属员工严格执行安全操作，激励士气，提高生产效率；

Direct subordinates to follow safety operation and encourage them to improve production efficiency;

8. 建立及维系互信的员工关系；

Establish and maintain trusted employee relation;

9. 保持专业水准和职业操守；

Keep professional integrity;

10. 履行安全环境健康及食品安全相关要求。

Implement the Environmental, Health, Safety and Food Safety System policies;

11. 编制、修订、控制、实施和罐生产部有关的各项标准作业程序。

Initiate, review, master, and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

Requirements

1. Degree holder, preferably major in Engineering

本科学历，工科专业优先

2. At least 8 years’ experience in automatic manufacturing and with 3 years’ experience in MNC production management. Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills

在全自动化生产企业工作8年以上，其中至少3年跨国公司生产部门管理经验，有较强的领导技巧

3. Equip with modern production management knowledge

拥有现代生产管理知识

4. Good communication skill. Able to communicate in written and spoken English; proficiency in PC skills 良好沟通能力，英语能听说读写，熟练使用电脑（应聘本岗位必须同时提供中文和英文简历，无英文简历者无面试资格）
