职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Answer and transfer the coming call;
2.Receive the guests/visitors;
3.Office stationery purchase;
4.To handle with outgoing and incoming correspondence;
5.Monitor company vans & cars' arrangement;
6.Provide service on travel arrangement such as hotel booking, air tickets booking & etc;
7.Daily office management such as meeting room booking, environment improvement, facilities maintenance & etc;
8.General Administration stuffs when required.
9.Secretarial & administrative support to the Distribution Manager
Accountabilities
1.College degree major in Administration, English or related disciplines;
2.Three years or above related working experience in JV or foreign company;
3.Good interpersonal and communication skill;
4.Focus on detail, responsible and hard working;
5.Proficiency in Microsoft office, word, excel;
6.Excellent command of written and spoken English;
