1.主要职责
1）根据标准操作程序，进行岗位操作；
2）根据生产计划，进行设备操作及清洁；
3）协助维修人员进行设备检修；
4）遵守公司安全规程；
5）其他工作安排

2.应聘条件
1）大专及以上学历在读，2013年毕业，机械制造、机械自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；
2）身体健康，吃苦耐劳，能适应倒班和加班工作；
3）致力于在生产领域发展、能实习半年以上者优先。

4.实习生的培训与发展：
一旦录用为实习生，公司将根据实习生的能力、发展方向及需求制订完备的个人培训计划，并安排有经验的员工担任导师，及时给予实习生指导。公司将提供完善的培训与发展机会，具体包括： 1、新员工培训 2、岗位技能培训 3、职业能力培训。在一段实习期结束后，公司将对实习生进行绩效评估，表现优异并具有高潜力的应届毕业实习生，可在获取毕业证书后与我公司签订正式的劳动合同。
